From my first visit to today's delivery of my new vehicle I felt respected and valued. The offer for my trad-in was fair. I ordered the vehicle in early September and was kept apprised of the progress at every step. The process of taking delivery was done in an equally professional manner and once again, I felt valued by all of the people in the process. As usual my service at West Coast Toyota was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable and polite. The Service was completed at the time specified. Don at the Service desk was very helpful excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable and polite. The Service was completed at the time specified. Don at the Service desk was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining how the various drive modes work on my leased Hybrid Rav 4. My concern is that I did not see any staff members wearing a mask and there were no plexiglass barriers on the counter. The waiting room chairs are in the same position they were before the Virus hit. They are not spaced 2 meters apart and many customers were not wearing masks either. Please follow the Health Guidelines for the safety of your staff and insist that customers wear a mask while inside the building! More
