Having purchased a new vehicle every two years for more than 30 years we have never found a dealer we would recommend to a friend or used again ourselves. Knowledgeable and professional and very helpful and patient during and after our purchase of a 2021 Venza Hybrid, We will be recommending them to our family and friends with 100% confidence. From my first visit to today's delivery of my new vehicle I felt respected and valued. The offer for my trad-in was fair. I ordered the vehicle in early September and was kept apprised of the progress at every step. The process of taking delivery was done in an equally professional manner and once again, I felt valued by all of the people in the process. West Coast Toyota has not only gained me as a loyal customer but a family member (Tacoma owner) has already switched from another Toyota dealership to West Coast as a result of my interaction. As usual my service at West Coast Toyota was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable and polite. The Service was completed at the time specified. Don at the Service desk was very helpful excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable and polite. The Service was completed at the time specified. Don at the Service desk was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining how the various drive modes work on my leased Hybrid Rav 4. My concern is that I did not see any staff members wearing a mask and there were no plexiglass barriers on the counter. The waiting room chairs are in the same position they were before the Virus hit. They are not spaced 2 meters apart and many customers were not wearing masks either. Please follow the Health Guidelines for the safety of your staff and insist that customers wear a mask while inside the building! More
