In 2004 I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee (Limited Ed) from Unique. I was more than satisfied both with the sales personnel back then, and with the vehicle to date. I love my Jeep, and I had a great purchasing experience 9 years ago. So in March 2013, I when I realized that I needed a larger vehicle for trailer towing, I returned to Unique. I wanted to look at the new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 5.7L Hemi. Dave worked hard to convince me that I should get a Ram 1500 Bighorn. I did not want a "truck". I wanted a Jeep. He was knowledgeable on all the products and specifications and when he was not certain, he found the info quickly on his laptop. We test drove both vehicles. He spent time selling me on a truck. In the end he sold me on the Ram Bighorn 1500. I have been driving it for about 4 weeks now, and have come to the realization that Dave steered me in the right direction (no pun intended). Sometimes the customer is wrong, and it takes a "unique" type of sales individual and organization to convince the customer without turning him away. He was right, and I am ecstatic about my new Bighorn and grateful for the advise I got from everyone there - and in particular from Dave. The best part was that he got me the vehicle I needed at my price, and saved me money over the vehicle I wanted. I'll be back. Hopefully it won't be too soon, but when I need a new vehicle for my wife or kids, Unique Chrysler will be my first stop. More
