I wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for such a wonderful car buying experience. Vehicle purchases often are not pleasant experiences; however, you made this one painless. Even though we arrived late one Sunday afternoon, and were casually looking, Paul Dworzak (Salesman), Steve Patruno (Sales Manager) & Michael Pearce (Finance Manager) didn’t hesitate to stay late and help us through to the final paper work. We have dealt with the personnel of other dealerships over the years and this visit to your dealership was a true pleasure. Paul’s manners and personality will definitely have us returning to your dealership. I really enjoyed working with him and this is definitely a car I will enjoy for a very long time. I have passed on this experience to others, especially after being the winners of the “mystery car giveaway” and will continue to recommend you. My first introduction to Unique Chrysler was at least 7 years ago. I had a 2001 Grand Prix that had 363,000 km that was at the end of the road. By chance, I dropped into Unique. I was very interested in a years ago. I had a 2001 Grand Prix that had 363,000 km that was at the end of the road. By chance, I dropped into Unique. I was very interested in a Chrysler Pacifica. This is when I met Mike Carobelli. I appreciated his honesty and the genuine way he treated me. I bought the Pacifica and loved it. I then recommended my daughter talk to him about her car needs. She bought a Jeep from Mike.Then my wife needed to get a new vehilce. She had a Ford Escape on a lease. Not only did Mike take care of the Ford, she ended up buying a Sebring convertable which to this day was her "Dream Car" Mike made sure she was completely happy. She continued to take her vehicle back to Unique based on the relationship with Mike When Mike moved to Kia of Hamilton. I tracked him down. I had to trade my Pacifica. I fell in love with a Cadillac SRX.It had just arrived and he hadn;t seen it yet. Mike took care of me there. From the time I test drove it to the time I owned it - 3 days! Finally, my youngest daughter needed a vehicle. I told her the only person to see was Mike C. She ended buying a Kia Forte. Mike made it work Now I'm taking all of our vehicles back to Unique for servicing! I have nothing but praise for my experience with Mike. More

They even went the extra mile by bringing in a Kia Sedona to compare to the Grand Caravan in order to help us make our f deal with and very thorough.
