If I could give Unique Chrysler 10 stars, I would. My husband and I purchased two Jeep Wranglers from them, and the experience was amazing. Not only was David Netherton remarkably helpful in finding us the two perfect Jeeps on the lot that fit our needs, he did it all over the phone! When we drove the 150 km from our home to the dealership, everything went very smoothly and we were able to drive away in our new vehicles with a minimum of fuss. The best part though, was after we left the lot. Due to my own stupid mistake, I thought something was VERY wrong with my new Jeep. I called the team at Unique Chrysler, and they went above and beyond in listening to my concerns and made every effort to make things right. Both my husband and I were beyond impressed with the level of service, attention and care they provided. We have purchased our last four vehicles from Unique Chrysler -- the first two when we lived in Toronto, and the next two when we lived 1.5 hours away. The inconvenience of having to drive so far away is incredibly minor when compared against the attention to detail, the level of care, and the over-and-above attitude displayed by everyone on Unique Chrysler's staff. Thank you to Unique Chrysler for making our entire experience not only great, but full of the WOW factor.
