I spoke to Ryan who was super helpful and pleasant. He answered all of my "girlie" questions about seat heaters, cup holders, music, etc. I didn't care about the engine or any of that stuff! I just liked the fact that I was about to buy another convertible!! :) Completing the paperwork with Mio and then finalizing it with Brenda were both super easy, very pleasant experiences. At no point did I feel pressured to close a deal and my family and I returned the next day and went through the financing options with David Netherton. David took the torch and ran with it from there. He was knowledgeable of his product and services but more important to me was he was very genuine. As a business owner myself, I would say that your people are your largest assets and that shows at Unique Chrysler. They didn't sell me a car, they helped me buy one.
