Purchasing a new jeep was the furthest from my mind and was surprised when Cam gave me a call last week - a customer was looking for my exact vehicle that he had previously sold me I was hesitant becaus was surprised when Cam gave me a call last week - a customer was looking for my exact vehicle that he had previously sold me I was hesitant because I was happy with my jeep, but he assured me that he would get me into something that I would love and would give me the best deal - which he did, and I am extremely excited! Mio is awesome, (and I appreciate the clean office lol) he took the time to explain the fine print and made me feel comfortable, not trying to push me into something that I was not ready for I've dealt with unique in the past and will continue to do so because they tell it like it is - and just the fact that they remembered me, makes me feel more than just a number. These two are great, they whole staff is!!! Good job!!! More

I met Anthony when I came in to just look for a new car (van) and was really just there to see what was out there. Anthony didn't really come off as a salesman, he came across as a buddy you could just tal (van) and was really just there to see what was out there. HIs no pressure approach was pleasant because many of us can't just walk in to a dealership with tens of thousands of dollars in our pocket. We talked, took a car out for a drive, he gave me some options when it came to financing and left it at that. It was a good experience. Within a couple of days I was back and the same personality came across when showing the car to a family member. He was thorough, personable and a pleasure to deal with. We bought the van a few days later. Mio was great as well. personable, knowledgeable and well versed on what he was doing. These two people are a credit to this dealership and I would have no problem recommending this place for people to come to. It actually didn't feel like we were buying a car. It was a good experience, not a stressful one. More

Worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I took my 2008 Sebring into the service department to get a safety inspection done to transfer the ownership into my name. I took it on my lunch hour b took my 2008 Sebring into the service department to get a safety inspection done to transfer the ownership into my name. I took it on my lunch hour because I work 7-4 everyday and have an hour for lunch and they confirmed it would only take 45 minutes. 2 hours later they tried to say it will cost me $1100 plus the $125 for the safety. Anywhere else a safety is $60 and this year alone I have spent $3000 on wheel bearings, rotors, tires and break pads. I decided to go and get another safety done and spend the extra $60 to see what happens because that was a lot of money. I went and got another quote and it will only cost me $334 + $60 for the inspection. Not sure what this place is thinking or how this is justified but I will never go here again. WARNING to everyone they overcharge and under deliver. More
