I went into the dealership and was helped right away, Leah was extremely friendly and she and Mike went out of their way to make sure that I got the van that I wanted and they gave me a great price. They were not pushy and made sure that I was comfortable with the payments and explained everything to me so that there were no surprise fees at the end. I was then introduced to Mio who also did a great job in getting everything together for us and had everything ready for us as they knew that I have a very young daughter and so went out of his way to have everything ready by the time we showed up for pick up. It was also very nice to be addressed by name when we went in for pick up by Mike, Leah and Mio, they were extremely nice and made the experience very easy and smooth from start to finish. We went to Unique Chrysler to review the possibility of purchasing a new or used vehicle. We never really expected to get approved based on past credit issues. The support and dedication that Mil provided us was outstanding and what I would consider to be way above and beyond any reasonable amount of effort. I will never forget that Mil was willing to drive a potential vehicle to my home in a snow storm so that I would not need to wake my son which was having a nap. I was completely floored that he was willing to go to such lengths to help me out. In my mind Mil took a very difficult situation, laid out all the potential possibilities and fought to make sure that a deal could be made for us. Again I can not stress enough just how appreciative I am for all the effort that Mil put in for us where it would have been easier to walk away from a tough situation. In the end I am thrilled to be in a new caravan at a great rate and didn't have to increase my current payments to make this happen. I could not be happier with my experiences and will definitely will be referring all my family, friends and colleagues to speak with Mil at Unique Chrysler. More

I initially visited Unique to check out 2 used vehicles- a 2013 Grand Cherokee, and a 2011 BMW X6. As we talked, my gut said(without Andrew pushing too hard), that there was value to me in some of the GC 2014 improvements(seat comfort, ride, 8 speed txn). I followed up on his offer to drive two 2014s. Andrew was most helpful in my identifying the best fit for my needs, and discriminating between "wishes and must haves". Apart from him successfully selling me a car that I just love, he's an engaging young man who is pleasant to be around, and wasted neither his, nor my time. He delivered on all of his commitments, on time, and with energy and humour. I would send anyone to him in the future. Mike Pearce handled the business detail end of the sale with ease and good knowledge/background of the process - almost painless!! He appears to have read me well- others might have pushed harder on some of the aftersale add-ons- which were of no interest to me- but didn't. He was well prepared and organized each time we met; his use of checklists and rigour in concluding all aspects of my sale confirmed to me that the dealership, and the two individuals I had the good fortune to deal with, had their act together.
