I was late for my appointment and I was not told the time or I just didn't hear it when I got to the service department was told sorry you missed your 7:15 appt you will need to go to Canadian Tire or come b or I just didn't hear it when I got to the service department was told sorry you missed your 7:15 appt you will need to go to Canadian Tire or come back next week. Since next week was not an option we set for two weeks Saturday at 9:00. Dennis Dabous came in and said Cancel that we can take him in right now and that is real customer service. The service i received was a fuel pump recall on my Sienna, The service rep Enna was very friendly and helpful. She even took a change when i thought about the cabin filter while waiting for my service Sienna, The service rep Enna was very friendly and helpful. She even took a change when i thought about the cabin filter while waiting for my service to be completed. The dealership however seems to have taken a step back. The hospitality centre has been shut down and there are no Toyotas on display in the showroom. The showroom has a bunch of tires and a Corvette is the only vehicle displayed. A suggestion would be to supply charging cables at the courtesy desks to allow customers to recharge while they are awaiting their service to be completed. More
Had my 2014 Toyota Highlander in for new brakes. Shortly after having the work done a noise developed in the rear passenger brakes. I contacted my service advisor MJ Rizkallla and he booked me in th Shortly after having the work done a noise developed in the rear passenger brakes. I contacted my service advisor MJ Rizkallla and he booked me in the followinjg day to coorect the problem. Apparently there was a defect in the new drum that was installed. A new drum was installed under warranty and that corrected the problem. No more noise and everything working fine. MJ looked after the problem quickly and efficiently. He kept me informed of what the problem was and corrected it to my satisfaction. 5 Stars for MJ and Toyotatown.....Robert Ross - London, Ontario. More
