Chelsea was my best service experience in my life. She turned a frown (tears) upside down, and seriously rescued me! She and her team really made a horrible situation (CAA damaged my wheels on my coll She turned a frown (tears) upside down, and seriously rescued me! She and her team really made a horrible situation (CAA damaged my wheels on my collectors edition car beyond drivability, told me I had to get it all repaired myself, and just left me like that on the driveway), into a survivable one with a big silver lining! She took me immediately when no other shop I called in London would, and got it repaired the same day! Was very communicative and upfront, itemized everything for CAA (whom I am still fighting months later), and even offered me to come back for my usual discount! Even through the whole ongoing pain with CAA she was so helpful and communicative, stepped in another time correct an appointment clerical error for my other car and replaced a lost wheel lock from the original car no questions asked. This is how customer service should always be. Thank you so much for your utmost care, upfront communication and efficiency through every step of the process.
