I came in with our recently purchased 2022 Prius we needed to get some warranty work completed. Dennis Dabous got me in and completed all the necessary information and work that needed to be done. Todd gave me excellent service in a difficult situation. I had a puncture on a Sunday. CAA changed the tire, but of course I needed a new tire intalled. I called ToyotaTown Monday morning and explained the situation. A couple of hours later, Todd Servantcalled to say that he was searching for a suitable tire, and he would get back to me. He called back around noon and told me that he had secured the tire, and if I could bring my vehicle in to the service department at around 2:30, he could squeeze me in. And that is what happened. So without an appointment, I managed to have a new tire installed in one day. Thank you, Todd. More
