He explained everything clearly and in perspective that made it easy for me to decide what I wanted done today given my schedule. Time estimates for getting the work done this morning were accurate - actually my car was ready before the time discussed. Peter has looked after me before. He's calm, pleasant and very professional. He has the ability to explain all situations I've run into so far in easy-to-understand terms and explains pros & cons of doing VS not doing the work in a way that make deciding what to do easy. The last two times we have worked with Helena Vrabec. My husband took the car in before Christmas for an oil change and regular maitenance. After inspection, we needed new front & back brakes, new rear struts, and an oil leak fixed in the engine. After discussing things with Helena, we went ahead with the front brakes & she had the remainder of the work arranged to be completed after Christmas. She made sure that I could get a loaner vehicle while ours was in service. She is very personable & always goes the extra distance for her clients. She arranged to get a light detailing done to our vehicle. It looked really nice when I picked it up. Helena Vrabec goes a long way to enhance the customer experience & represent your company.
