The friendly greetings and kind words are so nice. During Covid, we were pleased that safety measures were put in place to keep us and the staff safe (social distancing, disinfecting vehicle surfaces when bringing in and picking up, appointment times, plexiglass in cashier area, little disposable touch sticks when keypad needed for payment, phone calls to let us know when vehicle was being serviced and ready for pick-up). Way to go Toyota Team!!! More
