My service advisor "Firis Sharif" was great to deal with from start to finish and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I also work in the service industry and so I know how incredibly import from start to finish and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I also work in the service industry and so I know how incredibly important it is and unfortunately how rare it is in today's world. Many people give their word but very few keep it. I have dealt with Firis since we bought a vehicle 1 year ago and I was so impressed that I recently asked for him for his card with the intention of calling management later in order to commend him. Firis was great at quickly reinstalling an interior kick panel on my daughter's car ( pasenger side in 2014 Corolla). I did not have an appointment, but he quickly came out and within seconds had snapped panel on my daughter's car ( pasenger side in 2014 Corolla). Mustafa was able to get us in quickly after we found a piece of metal in our tire. Unfortunately, the puncture was on the side wall and the tire needed to be replaced, but the replacement tire and getting piece of metal in our tire. On the service side, I wish they had cleaned off the grease from mounting the wheel a little better, rather than leaving it up to me. More
