I’m a repeat customer of ToyotaTown - I’ve purchased at least 4 vehicles from them over the past at least 10 years. Sylvia typically gets me what I want, but today was not a good experience. I let her know I was coming at 2 pm to pick up my new vehicle. After waiting until 2:30, Michael Donovan came to finish the purchase and process payment. From the beginning of our interaction I got the sense that he did not want to be assisting me. I’m not sure what the problem was, but I barely got any kind of help with the vehicle’s new features and he couldn’t get me out of the parking lot fast enough. I left feeling like no one really had time for me. Good thing there are YouTube videos! North London Toyota is much closer to me, so I don’t think I’ll be returning to ToyotaTown after today’s experience. Super disappointing. More

Dealership is great. ..just some issues with busy salesperson. Sylvia Donovan is a very knowledgeable person and is excellent in almost everything she does. The one place I would offer constructive feedback is re her tendency to try to multitask. I have experienced this tendency on leasing this vehicle and my 2019 vehicle. This year, she had 3-4 separate clients on the go at the same time. I do appreciate her assistant was ill; however, it has happened several times in meeting with her. At the very least, I'd appreciate Sylvia telling me she is busy, how long she will be and/or scheduling an appointment at another time. After waiting 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment, without any acknowledgement that I was even there, I had to take the initiative and seek out Andre, the finance person to get the lease process and trade-in started.
