Had a couple questions about seat heaters that don't reset after the vehicle is shut off and restarted,those are very old school switches, the questions went unanswered. I never thought toyota would resort to low quality products as they seem to have done in the rav4 hybrid. I'm glad we leased so we can try another manufacturer when the lease is done. More

Booked an appointment at this dealership to test drive and purchase a vehicle that I’ve been searching for over a year. No compassion, resect or loyalty from this dealership prior to dealing with management. Multiple vehicle purchases from our family have been made here at ToyotaTown South London Wharncliffe rd Imagine you booked an appointment at a Doctors office only to be told sorry you lost your appointment to some random walk in. The Salesman that showed the vehicle should be spoken to about ethics and reviewing an appointment schedule. Currently the management team is working diligently to rectify what’s been lost and hopefully Amend the situation. More
