Great Experience! I arrived at the dealership on a busy Saturday after shopping at two competitors. It was just prior to closing and I was going to take a quick look and come back at the first of the week. The receptionist approached me and immediately had Nicole come over and speak with me. She was excellent! Her straight up, friendly approach made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to introduce and explain all the technical features to a very "low tech" novice. I am now the proud owner of 2014 Rav 4 and loving it! I would recommend Nicole and the team at Toyota Town without hesitation. Thanks Nicole! More

He was very knowledgeable and patient. He addressed all of our concerns, yet we still thought the RAV4 wasn't the vehicle for us but after the test drive it truly was.
