Booked an appointment at this dealership to test drive and purchase a vehicle that I’ve been searching for over a year. We drove in from out of town only to find a walk in customer was test driving the ve and purchase a vehicle that I’ve been searching for over a year. No compassion, resect or loyalty from this dealership prior to dealing with management. Multiple vehicle purchases from our family have been made here at ToyotaTown South London Wharncliffe rd Imagine you booked an appointment at a Doctors office only to be told sorry you lost your appointment to some random walk in. The Salesman that showed the vehicle should be spoken to about ethics and reviewing an appointment schedule. Currently the management team is working diligently to rectify what’s been lost and hopefully Amend the situation. More

I was grateful for Enna’s help on a day that I was very unwell. Plans changed and I dropped the vehicle off early and headed to Urgent Care. I appreciated the shuttle service driver was willing to pick me up from urgent care but was so delayed during assessment that it was faster to use a taxi to make it back before close..
