When purchasing a car, they are helpful. The service department is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you are trying to do something, like change and ownership, that doesn’t make them money, t department is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We just upgraded from our 2017 Rav4 to a 2021 Rav4 Hybrid. Brian helped us through the process even though we came in with our minds set.
