I visited Toyotatown in London to have the battery holder in my 2014 Rav 4 upgraded as part of a recall. The work was completed promptly at the correct scheduled time of my appointment. Kudos to Madison and Sylvia for letting us know about 2025 being the last year of all gas Rav4s. When we went in, Sylvia was very good in explaining the difference between Toyota and Subaru.
