Miss-diagnosis of problem I came in because of a noise, at certain speeds, in my 2010 Flex with 50,000 km. The problem was diagnosed as comping from a front wheel bearing. I came in because of a noise, at certain speeds, in my 2010 Flex with 50,000 km. The problem was diagnosed as comping from a front wheel bearing. The bearing was replaces at a cost of $725. After leaving the dealership the noise was still there. The mechanic took the vehicle out for a test and diagnosed the actual problem as a wind noise that would have to be checked out at a later date as it was close to closing time. I dealt with Ron Pike Previously I have been happy with the services provided there but this one has left a $725.00 very bad taste in my mouth. Elaine Sweenie More
great we dealt with jeff in sales he was pleasant and honest when our truck was ready there was a recall so was not allowed to leave the lot he gave us a lo we dealt with jeff in sales he was pleasant and honest when our truck was ready there was a recall so was not allowed to leave the lot he gave us a loaner truck till repair was done like 3 weeks later always kept us in the loop and told us not to worry about km on truck we put like 6000km and there was no problem when our truck was released to us he even had it filled with gas and a set of rubber mats to save carpet . Jeff is a great easy going salesman that is not pushie or try to sell you something you do not want More
They just get it all right!! I was in last week for the scheduled service, oil change, tire rotation etc. Just all good! Remembered my name, Shuttle ride home, called for permission to fix a small issue, work done ahead of time, called to inform me that the car was ready, could they send the shuttle? These people just do it all. My family has purchased 4 new cars at Thor in the last 5 years, and all of the service is done via a maintenance plan. Just all good! More

Simple problem. Back window stopped working properly. Wouldn't roll all up or down when the button was pushed. Should not have to drive down to dealership every time there is an issue. the 2017 Escape has had three problems since we owned it fore one year. That's a bit high but cars are no longer well built.
