Sold a certified used vehicle that failed an MTO safety I was sold a used vehicle that they told me was safe and certified. 3 weeks after purchase 2 independent mechanics and the MTO failed the vehicle, no I was sold a used vehicle that they told me was safe and certified. 3 weeks after purchase 2 independent mechanics and the MTO failed the vehicle, noting problems with the brakes, suspension, all four tires, alignment and windshield. The air conditioning system was also leaking. I was treated very rudely by Nathan Brown (used car manager) and Bob Brown (owner) when I asked for the vehicle to be repaired. When I pressed the issue I was threatened with legal action. My experience with this dealership has been deplorable and once this matter is settled I will never return to this dealership again. More

Now I know why Ford gets a bad rap for over charging, thank god the dealer I deal with in Mississauga isn't that way at all. I had to use this dealer because I was in the area and had no other choice. Ne thank god the dealer I deal with in Mississauga isn't that way at all. I had to use this dealer because I was in the area and had no other choice. Next time I will pay for the tow back to Erinwood Ford in Mississauga. More
