Just bad I had issues with my battery and got it running but died on me driving up the highway. Had it towed to Thor motors and they looked at it and replaced I had issues with my battery and got it running but died on me driving up the highway. Had it towed to Thor motors and they looked at it and replaced the battery with a new one I brought them. They determined it was the alternator that had to be replaced and quoted me $860 for the part. I bought one for half the price and brought it in to them to install. Everything was good, then my power steering started acting up shortly after and I thought maybe it was a sensor. My truck only has 74,000 km's on it. So I called and asked if it might have anything to do with the installation of the alternator and the advisor said she doubts it but possibly. I asked if it was covered under warranty because they installed it, she said no because I brought my own part in they don't cover warranty. They are an advisor and should know the law states any part installed by them has a 5000 km or 90 day warranty which ever comes first. I took it to a garage I trust and it took them 1.5 hours to figure out it wasn't a sensor but that the battery Thor motors installed the nuts were only finger tightened and had an intermittent charge so it was affecting the power steering. Thor motors manager was good and paid for the labour from the other garage but I cannot recommend their service to anyone. More
