Front driver side door latch notice. I took my Ford Edge in because the interior lights kept coming on and the horn kept beeping every time I locked it and it did not matter whether it wa I took my Ford Edge in because the interior lights kept coming on and the horn kept beeping every time I locked it and it did not matter whether it was day or night. Ford put batteries in the key locks and said there that should take care of it. Well I ended up taking it to another mechanic to have the problem fixed "Left door lock Actuator". Thor sent me a letter saying there is a problem with the front driver side door latch. I sent all the information into Ford and they said I have been denied reimbursment because of the word "or" in their statement. We have always driven Ford but I will not recommend Ford to anyone and I will never drive a ford again. I wish I could get to talk to the CEO of Ford and explain this situation. More
failed to replace faulty equipment poor quality Ford was fully aware that from 2001 to 2016 they used poor quality lug nuts on several of their vehicles which resulted in lug nuts being replaced at Ford was fully aware that from 2001 to 2016 they used poor quality lug nuts on several of their vehicles which resulted in lug nuts being replaced at the owners cost. I hold Ford and the dealerships fully responsible for not replacing the faulty parts and for not making the buyers made aware. This should have never been allowed to continue for all these years.
