Most calls returned said " Bring 500$ and we will do an application. They were cold, never being personal and asking me what i was looking for. Then came Allan. And people are right he is the most down to earth . Kind. And friendly person i had ever met. It was about me!!!! The buyer. He made me feel at ease. I wasnt sure how this process worked having been single 10 yrs and cleaning up a financial mess due to divorce. Allan cared. The whole dealership did. He found me what i wanted, no pressure and an understanding that life throws us curve xxxxx. Tamara was able to secure me with a 7 percent car loan. And worked hard to find me the best deal possible. Wonderful caring , giving and understanding team. I know driving off the lot didn't mean goodbye they are there for people no matter what. I will never go elsewhere. Kudos guys. I didn't really believe him, I thought it was to good to be true. So he did some searching for me and found a few fits for me. So obviously after seeing that, who would turn that down? I was not rushed or harassed when i was looking at the vehicles they have on the lot and wasn't ignored when i had questions. The paperwork went well, she went through everything with me, going through the numbers, different amount of payments for different terms and down payment until I found something that worked for me. I knew what I wanted in a car but had horrible credit due to a divorce. I had worked with Melissa at this location she and all the staff were just amazing with me never judged me for my credit at all I felt so comfortable. Was in on a Sat and approved for the loan on Monday morning not only the loan but the exact vehicle I wanted and payments less than I was hoping for.
