The car was 100% a little over my budget but kristen made it happen and in such a way that made it feel less expensive and worked with my budget.Always friendly and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was pleased with the vehicle. She got me what I thought was a great interest rate when I was overpaying on my last loan. She answered all of my questions and concerns without making me feel like I was bothering her.
