I couldn’t be more happier with who helped us that day, and I am proud to say Hilton made us feel like family! He has been exceptional when needed, I don’t feel like I have to hassle for someone to help me when needed. He is always there open minded and determined to help fix the problem. Pete was able to get me everything I was looking for in a vechile plus more, at the budget I had. Literally not even 24 hours after first walking in I was driving away with my new vehicle. Even days after I was still getting above and beyond customer service, Pete went out of his way to make sure I got a spare key that I requested, as well as answered a few questions I had, even after having the car for few days! The Loan Arranger in Oshawa worked very hard to find a bank that would finance me as the primary borrower to better my credit...they even got me a better interest rate than the dealership was offering which was 5.9% A big thank you to Erin and Jonathon at the Oshawa location for going above and beyond. Jonathon drove all the paperwork down to Peterborough after he closed at 7pm so they could put the request through ASAP. I would recommend The Loan Arranger and I will use them again for financing if/when needed. More
