After a major car repair saw our second vehicle taken the the junk yard I began my search for a car for my daughter. I did my research and visited a several major Auto Dealerships. To them I was a number walking in the door. I was the next persons possible sale with really no regards to my needs, my situation nor our fiances. During a visit to a Markham dealership where I reside, I was told that my credit was less the Prime. I really had no idea. That nevertheless was no reason for me not to be able to afford a vehicle or feel that my needs should be any less then the next hard work person. I began my research for the vehicle that would best site my daughters needs. You see , she is very tall, want a mid size SUV and wanted and Black car. I thought that was a short list. Apparently not. After going online and searching the web . I placed a call and spoke immediately to Adam Broome . We had a very engaging conversation about my quest and I was invited to visit the dealership. I found myself at The Loan Arranger . I have to tell you, its not the glamour big showy dealership where your money pays for the lighting or the fancy decor. No it was a welcoming car dealership where Adam met me right a the door and we walk me to his office for another conversation. He was pleasant, polite professional and approachable..Adam Broome is a real person like you and I. He spoke about his family his recent vacation and also understood me when I spoke of mine and what we needed. I told him exactly what vehicle I was looking for. He had that car on the lot but the wrong colour. We took it for a test drive and several others so I would have a true sense for comparison. Yes I stuck to the original car , but only test driving the other makes solidified my decision. Adam sat me down and viewed the computer screens together . We went thoroughly through the numbers the borrowing rates my credit score and how that dictated my financial wellness score. I knew for the first time where I stood and why and what I could afford and be comfortable with. I left that afternoon calm.and with a sense of empowerment. Adam said with the dealerships connections and whom they have the relationships to search and buy vehicles from he would find us that dream SUV. A few days past and Adam had stayed in consent touch with me with updates . Interesting between those few days I had another dealership call me about a possible vehicle.... It was 4 years older a little less in dollars but once I truly did the math and looked at all the other HIDDEN fees and charges I was paying approx $5000 thousand more for a car that was 4 year older. I got the call from Adam the next day. He had found the car!!!! We meet back at the dealership and went over the numbers again. Completely and openly. I showed him the other shops details. And Adam clearly walk through their pricing with me. The other dealer did not disclose Fees, admin charges, additional mechanical insurance and warranty or high risk insurance cost. This other deal would have cost me approx $5000 more in the overall term of my agreement had I signed for a car I was really not sold on. My daughters dream car was right here, clearly laid out with all the terms, rates , payment schedule and could comfortably and confidently purchase. My daughter will be so surprised. I mean that truly surprised. As she had no idea!!!! I also had no way to drive myself to back Adam in my car and bring the new car home. Adam of course had a solution. This man offered to deliver the car to my home. I am not kidding. I think I truly had a bond with Adam. It was called TRUST. It was called, this guy has my back. This person is a real person with kindness and compassion and the sense to do acts of kindness that goes beyond the sale. Adam even had an extra programmed key made for us. WOOO. The next day my daughter was dropped off that night from school by a friend and opened the garage to find her dream car siting there , with yes a big RED HEART on it. I think one of the best days in her 22 year life!!! thank you Adam Broome...I can not thank you enough for this amazing experience. I will always recommend you and the amazing staff at The Loan Arranger. To the large dealerships that only sale one brand... you are so YESTERDAY... we demand and want more. We want to be treated fairly, respectfully and with choices of vehicles. What we need are more ADAM BROOME"s. Beyond over the moon, and always Catherine B. More
