I purchased winter alloy rims for my snow tires at the St. Catharines Nissan dealership. Service Manager, Frank Pagliario, looked after the rim install, tire changeover and tire storage for me. Frank was St. Catharines Nissan dealership. Service Manager, Frank Pagliario, looked after the rim install, tire changeover and tire storage for me. Frank was courteous, friendly and charged me a very fair total price. I got value very good value for dollar. General Manager, Chris Rose, stopped by inquire if all was good and that I was satisfied. Stopped in with my nieces' 2022 Qashqai, which had been purchased elsewhere, to ask if someone could help me with options we couldn't operate. Receptionist immediately called Jeff Vance over and he offere purchased elsewhere, to ask if someone could help me with options we couldn't operate. Receptionist immediately called Jeff Vance over and he offered to assist. Not only did he take the time to answer and explain my original question but showed me menus we never knew existed on the vehicle. This man is customer service exemplified.
