My experience at xx. Catharines Nissan was well above my expectations. I was so happy to be invited to their VIP event, and from the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome Catharines Nissan was well above my expectations. The Sales Manager, David, was present and took the time to offer his advice, from warranty options to helping me with my colour choice. His experience and guidance were very helpful and made the decision-making process much easier. My sales representative, Danielle, was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire experience, taking the time to go over everything from the test drive right through to the paperwork. I never felt rushed and felt confident that I understood everything. Kailee from the financing team was also personable, friendly, and extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the financing process straightforward and comfortable. I traded in my previous Nissan for my new vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience or my purchase. The entire team at xx. We bought a Nissan Qashqai 2019 back in November of 2023 and since then we moved to Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, the transmission gave way. BUT!!! We bought the Sym-Tech warranty and Chris made sure, even and since then we moved to Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, the transmission gave way. BUT!!! We bought the Sym-Tech warranty and Chris made sure, even though we were so far from Ontario, that we would get the best service at the dealership in Antigonish. So many things happened behind the scenes and I was just floored at the service we've received from Chris. Can't thank you enough for all of what you've done for us. Merci beaucoup!!
