Horrible Service Brought car in with 2 mirrors...left with 1. Dave twists words and lies. After my mirror was damaged, the techs at this dealership decided to cut the Brought car in with 2 mirrors...left with 1. Dave twists words and lies. After my mirror was damaged, the techs at this dealership decided to cut the harness on my mirror. The proper way would have been to remove the door panel which consists of 2 screws. End of the day, I have never seen a positive review for this dealership online. I'm sure there are more customers out there who feel this way. More

Thanks Kian, You made my car purchase great experience I needed to replace my car quickly, and Kian was very helpful. He made the buying experience quite pleasant. If there was something he was unsure of, I needed to replace my car quickly, and Kian was very helpful. He made the buying experience quite pleasant. If there was something he was unsure of, he found the answer out right away. When I came to pick up my car, he was waiting for me to greet me and show me my new ride. As another customer wrote, I too was a little disappointed with dealer as my car didn't look like it had been washed, the driver side wiper blade was broken, and the passenger side didn't work well either so I had to replace, and my tire pressure light came on in a couple days. I think that these are basic things the service dept should have taken care of when a customer is purchasing a new vehicle. Also, there were issues with the bolts under the car where I had to bring it back to get fixed in the first couple of weeks, which makes me wonder if they really checked it out before selling it. The one good thing about theses issues was that Kian was there to assist, schedule the appointment for service, and even came in on his day off to keep my company as my car was being looked after. Everytime I contacted Kian about an issue, he was always helpful and ready to listen and assist. Thank you for making the experience fun, and I would recommend my friends to Kian if purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
