I was introduced to Jacky Chen and he helped me through the whole process of buying a new car. I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE. In this whole issue, my car was really dead, and the dealership rented me a car for the weekend (I couldn't have delivery until Monday) and paid for it! I was amazed at how courteous and friendly and helpful everyone was! When I picked up the car, again everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new vehicle, and they should ask for Jacky -he was very professional, and really amazing during the whole process. I have visited other Toyota dealerships previously and felt that I wasn't treated the way that I should be (that if I'm not making a deposit today, I would be losing my opportunity). When I came to RH Toyota, Sam was very patient with our inquiries and our requests. He thoroughly explained all the costs items adding to my final vehicle price and any other potential costs, and even told us the price range of discounts we could possibly get. I think it is most important to everyone - no one wants to buy a car at the MSRP price and wants discounts. When we decided to finalize the deal, he took the time to walk through every step of the purchase and wrote down a list of things we should bring when we have to pick up the vehicle. When my family wants to ensure our license plate does not contain the number 4, he went out of his way to call his Ministry contact and ensure it does not contain any 4s. He have told us he previously owns a business and this is why he knows how to do business - treating customers the way dealerships should be treating. I love my Toyota and I would definitely come back to Sam if I were to make another purchase. More
