As most of us know, there are three sides to every story. One person's, the other person's and the truth. My side of this story is that this gentleman came in for a second visit and intent on making a purchase. Unfortunately, the offer that was submitted by this customer was well below the realm of possibility. The reason why I was introduced to the customer was to assist in educating him on pricing. I went as far as sharing dealership invoice pricing in an attempt to justify the fact that we were unable to meet his offer. Consequently, the customer became very difficult to communicate with, and the meeting did not end on a high note. This definitely wasn't due to a lack of care and professionalism. - Andrew Ross.

looks like this sales manager just woke up after the whole 5 months of me posting the review and remembered to respond. Wow. . Any way, one comment; can you please just respect the customer that pays your salary and make you earn a living and mention that you try to make a sale instead of saying " only reason is to educate customer about pricing". Gents , if you want to be educated about pricing pay a visit to Richmond hill toyota, they may humiliate you but guaranteed they will educate you.
