Extremely poor quality of work and unprofessionalism. Stay away from their Service Department. The quality of workmanship is very very poor. Their technicians just butcher the cars. I purchased two cars from them - Camry for myself and Rav4 for my wife. After cleaning the Injector on Camry discovered fuel soaked rugs under my hood when got home (i was lucky they did not catch fire from the hot engine). Paid about CAD 1000 for Rust Proofing on RAV4 and their technician did not even bother washing the bottom of the car before he applied the rust proofing compound. Took the RAV4 for the water pump replacement and had to come back 2 times before they redone the job properly and it stopped leaking. And during the last visit due to recall they damaged the RAV's body by not installing the hoist at the Jack Points. Horrible service and very unprofessional. I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars! If you happen to be there, pay attention to their shop - dirty and disorganized. After they damaged my car and were trying to justify their poor service, I decided to change my dealership. More
