Have purchased a dozen vehicles from this Dealership and BRAD is my "go to" guy for "EVERY" service requirement. 3 weeks ago I got major rear ended outside of Detroit. Called BRAD in Toronto for advice on driving back or not to here. He advised what to do and once back here he truly outdid himself by coordinating with the outside body collision shop to get my van repaired ASAP. Many businesses give lip service about customer satisfaction without delivering it. They should ALL meet BRAD and learn what it means to actually deliver it. More

Very poorly run service reception I visited RHT recently for a maintenance service and was greeted with an overrun and clearly understaffed service reception. There was no one really greeting customers and after 15 minutes of not having anyone available or offer to help I left. This was my first and last visit to RHT and I would recommend you find somewhere else to have your car serviced unless you want to be ignored and generally treated poorly. This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had, Toyota or otherwise. More
