He explained the process clear, and has provided thorough and timely responses to my follow up email questions about the car. I also want to credit the teamwork at RH Toyota. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, Ashraf was still engaged with a previous customer. So, Tony Legere saw a family with 3 young children and identified the need to expedite things. He got the kids entertained with games while getting my husband and I started on the paperwork. He than went to prepare the car, putting on my plates once Ashraf was available to take over the paperwork. I was really impressed with the initiative Tony took.
