A great manager really makes a great service department and Chris Chamberlain leads his team well and makes it a great overall experience each time we visit. He makes sure to take the utmost personal care in our well-being as well as making sure the vehicle gets the proper attendance and maintenance. The crew is always on top of recalls which makes it nice for the clients since it's often easy to miss those. When we have more indepth questions that may take more time to figure out, Chris always makes sure it is resolved no matter how much extra time it takes him and is great at following up with us. My husband and I have often said that what makes us want to buy another Acura is the individualized care Chris and the service department give. More

Had a recent issue with some noises I wasn't sure about in my RDX and Chris Chamberlain, service manager, fit me in on short notice and was able to quickly diagnose and remedy the problem, and went over and above to make sure it was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I have owned luxury vehicles previously and feel the service at this dealership exceeds anything I ever received elsewhere! Would highly recommend for service!!!! More

Some GOOD Some BAD!! Getting BETTER!!!! As we all know there are always good points and bad points when it comes to anything that deals with customers or customer service. My findings are As we all know there are always good points and bad points when it comes to anything that deals with customers or customer service. My findings are not that different. When it comes to the SALES department, I have only had the privilege of dealing with Si-King for the past 7 years. To this day he has gone out of his way to stay in touch and show that he actually cares about myself, my family and my driving experience!! Si-King always says HELLO when I go in for anything and everything when it retains to my MDX. When it comes to the SERVICE department......that is a completely a different story. I can honestly say that in my many visits to the dealership that things are improving. In the first couple of years, I found that or maybe felt like because I did not work down town and wear the proper suit attire that my time was NOT as important as others. Some of the work completed was very sub par when it comes to such expensive vehicles. Many times I have had to call to find out when and if my service was completed. We all would think if an appointment was for early in the AM, that by 1pm or 3 pm it would be completed. I have found out other wise. As with many service departments anywhere, time is never the issue when it comes to how long it takes or how long they say it will take. But, like I stated before, things have improved and the appointments are with in reason and if you want wait for your vehicle....then they will gladly do what they can to look after you and your vehicle as fast as they can safely complete the job. More
