He makes sure to take the utmost personal care in our well-being as well as making sure the vehicle gets the proper attendance and maintenance. The crew is always on top of recalls which makes it nice for the clients since it's often easy to miss those. When we have more indepth questions that may take more time to figure out, Chris always makes sure it is resolved no matter how much extra time it takes him and is great at following up with us.
