Bought a used car, not even 3 months down the road and it has been in and out of the dealer numerous times. Poor fuel mileage, misfiring, tune up, etc. We regret this purchase. MOST of the employees at Northway Ford that we encountered from inquiry to purchase to delivery were outstanding. We would recommend Brandon Sparkman for sales, but he is no longer employed there. Lori in business was awesome, Jenn, Jeremy and Tammy in service are phenomenal, and Katie in follow up is very professional. Although the sales experience was good, we are not happy with the after care with the extended warranty. We were valued the first 30 days by the sales management, but they couldn't care less now. Service has had to handle our claims, and even that can only go so far. More

I called the dealership because of a car I seen on Auto Trader, They sent me though to a salesman named Justin Good. I couldnt make it in that day, so I made an appointment for the following day. When I arrived at the dealership I was a little nervous, but as soon as I walked though the doors everyone was so nice and friendly. I met with Justin and he sat me in his office, and asked me a few questions about my trade in vehicle, and what kind of budget I had in mind. We went on a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in, I really liked everything about the car. Without any pressure, Justin again sat me in his office and showed me a couple different finance options. I got a great deal and my payments are perfect!! I went and seen the finance lady Lori and she set me up with a couple different packages to protect my new vehicle, since I was tired of paying large amounts every time my car went for service!
