My Fiancé and I have both purchased new vehicles in the 10th and 11th month of 2012, one was from a local dealer and the other from northway ford. We had the greatest pleasure to have been fortunate to have Justin Good as our sales rep. along with the help of sales manager Brian Shaw and Paul tavarnese the General Manager. I would recommend Northway to anyone looking to purchase a new ford vehicle. After making the first purchase and having such bad experience with both the sale, PDI and then the service to repair the issues of the new truck along with being so fresh in our heads we were very cautious on the other vehicle. As I have low mileage on my vehicle, my trade in value was great and one week ago I purchased a 2012 Fusion and I was very impressed with my deal. I find that Paul is very upfront and honest when he is speaking to me about my choice and options. And, dealing with Elise Bradford makes the whole deal very comfortable. She takes the time necessary to make sure I understand and allowed me to think about a few things before I decided. Both of these valued, trustworthy employees let me, as a female, feel I am in good hands and very confident in the purchase of my new car and the whole transaction. I was reffered to Rob Farrington by a friend. This was by far the best experience with any sales person that I have ever had. He was extremely knowledgable and answered every question I had. I just bought a 2013 Titanium Escape and I love it! The back hatch opener is a lifesaver with groceries and kids in hand. Just swiping my foot is so much easier! She had already had 3 mini vans and decided it was time to reward herself with an up-scale vehicle that could still haul her goods. Initially she was set on a lincoln Navigator, however,the ones we looked at in our price range seemed very well used. When I looked on your website and found the Expedition with all of the same options and colour she wanted I immediaely called the dealership to get more info. I was put through to Justin who I immediately felt comfortable with, and answered all of my questions, regarding mileage, maintenance and Carfax. I said I would come and take a look that morning and even though it was short notice he had it out front and washed up. After driving the truck I new I had to have Charlene at least look at it. We arrived Sat morning and after a walk around went out for a drive and within minutes she agreed it was far superior to anything elase we had seen. We sat down with Justin and began the negotiating process with him and Paul. At no time were we made to feel that they were giving us a hard time or we had to make a snap decision. In the end I believe we got a good price for the value of the vehicle. We picked it up last night and everything was in order. We sat down with Lori to do the paperwork and at no time did we feel pressured into buying anything were weren't interested in. I have purchased many vehicle over the last 58 years and can honestly say this was the MOST Pleasant experience I have had. I will definitely be back when we need another vehicle. The rating given truly represents our overall feelings. I too am in sales and Justin, I can tell you that with your focus on customer service you can't help but be succesful!! Good Luck in June. The purchase experience was not bad. It was afterwards when I was closing the tailgate on my 5 day old truck that it popped off and fell onto the rear bumper. This left scratches on the tailgate,the box and the box liner.I called them and informed them of the situation and they asked me to bring it in to have pictures taken to send in for warranty purposes.This was Oct. 24 2012. I wasn't sure how long this process takes so I waited 5 weeks before contacting them again. I was informed by Tammy that there had been some staff changes at the dealership and (I assume because of this) The pictures were no longer on her camera.She asked me to bring the truck back in and have the pictures taken again,which I did.I was told it would be sent in that very day and as soon as they had an answer they would call me.Again I waited for over 3 weeks with no call from Tammy.I called her and got her voicemail. I left her a message to call me and give me an update on the claim. The next day she called and left a message for me saying she could not send it in without the exact milage of the vehicle.I called her the next day and gave her the milage which they already had on the pictures they had taken. She said she would send it in that day and have an answer by the end of that day.That was Dec. 19 2012 aqnd I have not heard from her yet.It is now Jan.3 2013.I was left no alternative but to call Ford customer relationship center.Now I am at least getting calls to let me know the status of my claim.I still have not received a call back from the dealership. More
