I had a great experience with the sales staff at Northway Ford. I dropped in with no notice and Rob was great at answering the questions I had. I'm a person that doesn't like the "selling speech". which I ne Ford. I dropped in with no notice and Rob was great at answering the questions I had. I'm a person that doesn't like the "selling speech". which I never got. Rob told me only what I asked and the price was good the first round. He made the purchase simple, which in my opinion the best way to have it. I was then sent to Lori. She worked very hard on making the purchase work best for me. She manage to acomplish this with ease. By supper time the same day the financing was complete and my purchase was done, no stress, no BS, by far the best team I have dealt with. They will get my business and a great referral to everyone that admires the truck I bought from them. 2 thumbs up for Rob and Lori.. Thank you More

The customer service that i received was the best i have ever had even at the old dealership i was with in Kingston On. I would highly recommend some one to come to this dealership at any given time Brandon ever had even at the old dealership i was with in Kingston On. This was our third time coming to Northway Ford. The first two being service. This time we were here for a new car and was introduced to Brandon Sparkman. My husband had just had open heart surgery and was unable to do much walking around the lot so Brandon brought each car we were looking at into the service bay so he could look at each one and be part of the selection. We had a very good visit and they were very patient with me so I could understand everything. I get friendly calls to see how things are going with the car which is nice. My wife and I visited North way Ford with the intention of purchasing of 2013 Ford SUV SE Escape. We had done a lot of research online and made several visits to Ford's competition in search of an SUV. I m of purchasing of 2013 Ford SUV SE Escape. We had done a lot of research online and made several visits to Ford's competition in search of an SUV. I made a call to Northway and had a brief conversation with Joe Gifford regarding our intended purchase and made an appointment to meet with him. We found Joe to be very easy to talk with and explained our requirements for this new vehicle we were looking for to be our means of transportation. We wanted an SUV, AWD, 2.0 L ecoboost, heated black leather seats, 18" wheels and the colour had to be Kodiak Brown. Joe was able find a vehicle for us in a few days and we made the deal, which with what Ford was offering at the time was a considerable savings to us. We were very pleased to have had the deal closed out by Elise Bradford, she was great and explained all the paperwork, warranties, etc. Overall, we would rate Northway Ford as one of the best Automobile Dealers in the area. There was no high pressure sales forced on us. They answered all our concerns and are very knowledgeable about the Ford products. My Father-in-Law, (now passed on) and I have purchased vehicles from Northway in the past and we always got a great deal. Let's hope we can figure out all the new technology that Ford now puts into their vehicles. Joe even took the time to Sync my cell phone to the SUV's communication system. More
