I do not own a ford vehicle but I have heard great things about the service department at Northway Ford. That said, I took my Pontiac in to have a new set of tires put on. I met with Al Banks, the manager, and he discussed what I needed to get me on the road. He discussed the options that would be best for me and my budget and then performed the work. He gave me a realistic time and kept his word not only on the time line but, most importantly, the cost. It is very reassuring that there is somewhere I can take my vehicle where I know I will be taken care of. I was looking around for trucks at Northway ford and Andrew came outside to greet me. Very friendly and helpful answered all my questions in a professional manner. I just bought my first Ford ever from Elizabeth. Upon meeting her I instantly felt like a friend. She was understanding, very easy going, and has good taste in music :P . I don't think I've ever seen her without a smile on. When I traded in my car, I foolishly left some valuable items in the back. I called Liz and she jumped on it right away. The car had gone to auction but she worked her magic and got all my things back to me through no small effort. Her dedication continues still, as every time I'm at the dealer she makes sure I'm still loving my new Escape, and addresses any of my concerns. If you deal with Liz, you just made a new friend. When it came to paperwork I had the pleasure of sitting down with Elise. Elise is probably one of the most enthusiastic people I've ever met. She made the paperwork a breeze and almost enjoyable. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood. No pressure to add any extra plans or warranties. If you are thinking about getting a Ford, Northway is the place to go. I had a great experience, and it will be my first stop next time I'm looking for something new. More
