I just bought my first Ford ever from Elizabeth. Upon meeting her I instantly felt like a friend. She was understanding, very easy going, and has good taste in music :P . I don't think I've ever seen her without a smile on. When I traded in my car, I foolishly left some valuable items in the back. I called Liz and she jumped on it right away. The car had gone to auction but she worked her magic and got all my things back to me through no small effort. Her dedication continues still, as every time I'm at the dealer she makes sure I'm still loving my new Escape, and addresses any of my concerns. If you deal with Liz, you just made a new friend. When it came to paperwork I had the pleasure of sitting down with Elise. Elise is probably one of the most enthusiastic people I've ever met. She made the paperwork a breeze and almost enjoyable. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood. No pressure to add any extra plans or warranties. If you are thinking about getting a Ford, Northway is the place to go. I had a great experience, and it will be my first stop next time I'm looking for something new. More

My first Ford ever owned. I had some anxiety about looking at a Ford to begin with. They did a great job getting my trust and business. Highly recommend Joe Gifford if you need to buy. I had never met him before, just luck of the draw when I visited the dealership. Joe was very patient and sincere in wanting to help me. No pressure tactics, just a professional approach. Paul the manager worked hard to put the deal together and was straight forward. Elise took my credit ap and arranged for my extended warranty, she was also friendly and professional. I had always bought GM. I still like GM, but the Edge Limited turned out to be the right vehicle for me this time around - looks, size, options, price, trade in allowance, 0% interest, etc. One issue at pickup was tire vibration. They made sure I was completely satisfied by replacing the tires. Cheers to them. Only one area for improvement - the car could have been a touch cleaner on delivery (windows, dash, rims). But I'm extremely particular about my car and its appearance, so the bar was high. That's why I gave a 4 for quality of work instead of a 5. More

Paul Tavernese is an awesome GM! He hooks you up with what you want and will go out of his way to get you what you want. Elise Bradford was very friendly and explained things very thoroughly (finance). what you want and will go out of his way to get you what you want. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Elizabeth Paparelli at Northway Ford in Brantford and the entire experience was excellent. I was greeted immediately after arriving by very friendly staff that didn't leave me feeling pushed or sold to. Their knowledge of the product was excellent and they made great strides to make the truck fit my budget. Elise Bradford also did an amazing job and is a consummate professional. Very detailed in her explanation and well versed in everything from warranty info and rust protection to interior protection and extended warranties. I highly recommend using this dealership and the professionalism of these two friendly staff members. More

The moment I set food on the lot I was welcomed, felt comfortable looking around, no pressure, when I did narrow it down Joe was very helpful with my selection.
