My purchase of a used Ford was a cold call. I saw the vehicle on the website and phoned for additional info. When we said we would come to check out the car, Chad had the car ready, at the front door and even warmed up! He was very knowlegable about this individual car and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. This is my first Ford (I've been a Mazda/Toyota owner for decades) but Chad was enthusiastic about his product and showed me all the new features of the 2011 Fiesta. I bought the car and even though it was a freezing cold day in December, Chad reminded me that if there was a problem with the A/C (which we didn't try!) we should contact him and it would be looked after. All in all, it was a positive experience with a different brand and a different dealership. More

Chad was so easy to deal with, very kind, friendly, paid attention to every detail. Returned all calls within an hour, made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. I have purchased cars from other dealers and at the time of delivery the car was a mess and with Chad taking care of us he made sure the car was in the best condition possible, for that I was very happy with. He did everything possible to help us get the vehicle we were looking for. Between him and Lori we are very satisfied and would recommend Northway to anyone looking to buy a vehicle and we will definitely return for all our vehicle needs in the future. Chad also took the time to show us all the key features of the MyTouch system which was great because I was lost. Overall the experience was wonderful and Chad is keeper, a great salesman, and now I can say a friend, he treated us like family and nowadays it's hard to find any sales person that's willing to give you 10 minutes of their time but Chad gave us all the minutes we needed and then some. Lori also is a keeper, she worked hard for us to make the deal work and we appreciate her efforts as well. So thank you Northway Ford, Lori and Chad for making this a very good experience. This was my first vehicle that I was buying. Joe Gifford was the sales rep that came and helped me, I did not know what I was looking for or really wanted. This dealership has successfully wasted about 5 hours of my time this week. The first few hours were spent taking several models for test drives. I finally decided and was excited to make a deal on a 2011 my time this week. The first few hours were spent taking several models for test drives. I finally decided and was excited to make a deal on a 2011 Lincoln MKX. It was listed at $32k. I went into the office with Joe and pulled out my smartphone to have a look on autotrader for comparables. Thank goodness I did because I found better equipped model with similar km at another ford/Lincoln dealership listed for only $29k. Well, northway was unable to match that price so I left. Now, I intended on visiting this other dealership to make a deal on the comp , but due to my work schedule I was unable to get to the dealership in Milton before it was sold. That beings us to today and the other several hours wasted. Online I found northway ford had gotten another mkx in and this time the pricing was on par with others online. I drove it. I liked it. I went into the office to make a deal. I was offered $8000 on my trade in which I was fine with as it is inline with what other dealerships suggested i would get for it. Long story short, after negotiation i basically agreed on a price saying, "if you knock another $300 off, then you have a deal". Joe went away to talk to the manager (as is the way the car sales racket seems to work these days). When he returned he told me that the boss would only pay $5000 for my trade in. The price of the deal essentially went up $3000. The first thing we talked about in the office today was my trade-ins price... They didn't honour the offer they made me and wasted my time. For that reason I cannot recommend this dealership and have already actively swayed a friends business away from them.
