Excellent salesperson Had some concerns about dealing with north way Ford as I had a negative experience back in 2008. Shared my concerns with the salesman (Chris Lye).and he assured me that I would not have any concerns with this purchased. We took vehicle for test ride and found it pulled to the side. Returned to dealership Purchased vehecile and shared concerns about vehecile which was written down. When I returned for finance car, I mention to the finance lady and she again wrote down concerns Picked up car, drove home and noticed car still had original pulling. Appointment was set up to bring car in. Waited for car about 45min and the was given a bill for $200.00 plus. Refused to pay bill. Bill taken to finance office as salesman was notin that day. Bill was returned paid. Is it common to pay $200.00 plus for an ailment. Thank you for your time. Joan Martin More

I ran into an emergency recently and needed another vehicle quick I got ahold of rob again and he was able to find me another vehicle within 2 days just in time for when I needed it hassle free I couldn't of asked for a better representative rob was very helpful friendly and determined it was an amazing experience, and thanks so much to Elise Bradford for making paperwork so easy:) I recommend this dealer to anyone who's looking for friendly service and a great deal on their vehicle! If we had realized the car we loved only had 6,000 kms left on the manufacturer's warranty, and the cost of the warranties available for purchase, we would have held out for a much better deal. Once home, we pulled out the Vehicle Purchase Agreement to see if it was, in fact, binding. Seeing it was, we decided we had to live with it. My suggestion would be - don't trust the salesman to inform you of such things BEFORE the deal is made. More
