If we had realized the car we loved only had 6,000 kms left on the manufacturer's warranty, and the cost of the warranties available for purchase, we would have held out for a much better deal. Once home, we pulled out the Vehicle Purchase Agreement to see if it was, in fact, binding. Seeing it was, we decided we had to live with it. My suggestion would be - don't trust the salesman to inform you of such things BEFORE the deal is made. More

Chris is friendly, disarming, knowledgable, and honest. He was personable but maintained a level of professionalism. I felt like I'd made a trusted friend and left believing that if I ever had any questions or concerns about my new Ford Escape, he really would help me! There wasn't a question he didn't have te answer for. He spent nearly an hour showing me all the bells and whistles in my new vehicle, making sure I knew how to work everything before I left the lot!
