Friendliest and most painless purchase experiences ever! I stopped in to Northway to look at a new Edge, and met Chris, who was totally accommodating about me hooking up a carseat for a test drive! He was very friendly and personable and pulled together some great pricing for me in no time. Upon returning home I told my husband all about my experience as he was also in the market for a new pickup. He was leaning toward another make of truck, but decided to go in and meet with Chris anyway, with the same result as me. Within a few days we were both driving away in a new Edge and F-150! Both Chris and Elise made the entire process so quick and painless, and were so friendly and easy to deal with. It was such a refreshing contrast from some other dealers we visited! The difference was like night and day! We're both loving our new Ford vehicles, and would recommend both Chris and Northway to anyone in a heartbeat! More
