Once the parts arrived, they made good on their promises and completely refurbished the car to all my concerns. They paid for my rental during the service time and had the car delivered from Brantford to Owen Sound, 3 hours north at no cost to me! Friendliest and most painless purchase experiences ever! I stopped in to Northway to look at a new Edge, and met Chris, who was totally accommodating about me hooking up a carseat for a test drive!
