When there were some minor delays in shipping for one of the upgrades, Chris worked to get me a rental / loaner vehicle without any cost/hassle to help with the extended delivery date. Amazing Deal I had purchased a Focus 2 years ago and had a great experience. So when it was time purchase another vehicle, there was no doubt that I would go back I had purchased a Focus 2 years ago and had a great experience. So when it was time purchase another vehicle, there was no doubt that I would go back to Ford & deal with John Bolt. When we sat down to talk about what I wanted, he went over the cars that they had available. He also let us know about a car that was being brought in the next day - this car had everything I wanted plus more - the car was brand new, but classed as a B since it was in a "Wind Storm". We discussed that there could be some damage to the vehicle, but it really was a great deal price wise - we put a deposit to hold until we could see it. The next day John texted me pictures of the vehicle & there was not a mark on it! We also dealt with Elise in Financing- she is Great - not pushy about buying extra's!! We will definitely be back!
