We had been looking at the MKT but never thought we'd find it used in this condition. Chris Birley and Paul gave a great price on our trade in and final pricing; Chris is a stellar sales person. Lori was quick and efficient. Northway made it easy for me and my family - and when you've got two little boys, it is difficult to shop for cars, to say the least! No Sucker I visited this dealer because of the ad they ran in Car Pages. The ad was misleading as it said the car was never licenced with 165km on it. On another line it was listed as used ( first red flag ) . The salesman told us that it was a factory reconditioned do to wind damage at the Ford plant. I asked for a carfax. He showed me one that did not have a cover page with the cars VIN number, ( second red flag ). We go to write the deal and the lady tells us that the warranty had already started a month ago ( third red flag ). She proceeds to tell us that the car had been licensed and had over $8,000 dollars worth of damage repairs on it ( forth and final red flag ). This is when we told her we were misled by the sales person and he had not been transparent. We then asked for our generus deposit back. They the told us we would have to come back on the Monday because the lady that does the refund was not in till then. This was the fourth and last time back, and recieved our refund. I don't blame the dealer, but the manager should know whats going on and keep every one in check. As for that salesman he should be selling things at the side of the road!! Also take the top salesman of the year away from him. I hope this dealership deals with salesman like this because it gives them a bad name! More

Amazing Deal I had purchased a Focus 2 years ago and had a great experience. So when it was time purchase another vehicle, there was no doubt that I would go back I had purchased a Focus 2 years ago and had a great experience. So when it was time purchase another vehicle, there was no doubt that I would go back to Ford & deal with John Bolt. When we sat down to talk about what I wanted, he went over the cars that they had available. He also let us know about a car that was being brought in the next day - this car had everything I wanted plus more - the car was brand new, but classed as a B since it was in a "Wind Storm". We discussed that there could be some damage to the vehicle, but it really was a great deal price wise - we put a deposit to hold until we could see it. The next day John texted me pictures of the vehicle & there was not a mark on it! We also dealt with Elise in Financing- she is Great - not pushy about buying extra's!! We will definitely be back!
