Additionally, they were very transparent, informative, knowledgeable, experienced from when I first shook their hand to signing the papers for my Ford F-150. They definitely knew their Ford products and made recommendations on what the best deals to get were. It made buying my first vehicle experience with minimum stress. More

Martin was my sales rep, and he was able to work with my finances to reach a reasonable goal, took the time to show me all of the gadgets my car has to offer, and made a true effort to make me feel like I was in good hands at Ford. I was comfortable with my decision, and did not feel any pressure whatsoever. Martin has been in contact with me regularly to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and to answer any questions I had promptly and accurately. Martin was personable and friendly, as were the rest of the staff there as well! When Martin was busy or out of office, other employees approached me to make sure I was taken care of and to offer any help they could. The customer service was beyond anything I could have imagined for buying my first vehicle from a dealership. I would recommend Northway Ford (And Martin!) to any of my friends or family members. I will definitely be purchasing from here in the future! More

This year, was looking for one of the few 2015 Ford Escape SE remaining. The 2015 rebates were good, black Friday cash was active, Costco cash was running, free winter tire package was available, had some cash in the bank, and had a price in mind. Called all over southern Ontario looking for one.. Martin McNaughton from Northway called back said they had one left. I showed up (from Hamilton). Drove it, Discussed price, they agreed to the discount for recycle my existing ride , and with a tiny bit of back and forth bought it. Was a good experience (came out not stressed, feeling dirty, or disgusted). Kind of sad that I din't get to talk to the manager :-) Will look to Northway for my next vehicle and will recommend them to friends and relatives. More
