Once I explained to Chad what I was looking for, he already had the truck in mind. My son purchased his new car from Chad two years ago and strongly recommended him. I can see why. Chad was very knowledgeable and listened to any questions or concerns we had. The test drive was complete with a lot of perks that I wasn't aware this truck had, which greatly helped in my decision, He's very down to earth and very easy to talk to, no pressure with a great sense of humour. I loved that he included my wife in the entire conversation, knowing that I would be the primary driver but the purchase would be a family decision, not one-sided. Once the initial decision to purchase was underway, Darren stepped in to go through all the remaining details. He too was very patient and answered all of our questions. It was comforting to know that he had recently purchased a similar truck and was able to share some extra accessories we didn't know our truck possessed. The entire process may have seemed long to some but every minute was filled with needed information regarding our purchase. Neither Chad nor Darren would end the visit until we were completely satisfied. It's really nice to know that should I have any other questions, they would both be more than willing to assist me in every way.
