Its my first truck and first FORD vehicle I ever purchased, so I was hesitant and have a lot of questions! I visited 2 x Ford dealers in GTA, and the experience was AVERAGE. Then I found Northway Ford while I was searching the web for a dealer that works Sundays. Where to start? warm smile, excellent attitude, prompt response, friendly staff, pop corn, coffee, WiFi, Excellent sales person (John Bolt), never stressed to make decision, no attempts to over sell. I was given all the time to ask, get clarifications, check several trucks and options, excellent value for my trade in. Although I live in Milton and had to drive for an hour, I decided to finalize the deal with Northway due to way they treated me (I felt home with no stress). Elise Bradford is amazing, she is VERY professional. I worked for International companies for the past 15 years and never saw such attitude, follow up, and service! I even changed my mind and decided to go with another truck (upgraded from XLT to Lariat), The manager and Elise helped me with all details, and despite the delay that has caused, they made sure that I receive my truck on time.
